Agreement

The terms of use below constitute a legal Agreement between you (Herein referred to as "The Firm") and Sangamam Palakkadwebs. (Herein referred to as "The Firm"), legal owner of the domain name and web site palakkadwebs.com (Herein referred to as "The Website"), each referred to herein as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties". Your agreement to be bound by these terms is acknowledged by your use of the Firm Services which includes, but is not limited to visiting the website, using its internal and external links for search of information, ordering any of The Firm services, contacting The Firm representatives, Support Services and/or any software made available to you by the Firm.

Liability

The Firm makes no warranties or representations that any Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Customer accepts all Services provided hereunder "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. All implied conditions, warranties and terms (whether express or implied by statute, common law, custom or otherwise) - excluding those relating to the exercise of reasonable care and skill, fitness for purpose and satisfactory quality (where applicable) - are hereby excluded in relation to each of the Services to be provided hereunder to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Firm (Sangamam Palakkadwebs) shall not be liable for any services or products to be supplied by any third party. The Firm shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by Customer arising out of or in connection with any breach of this Agreement by Customer or any act, misrepresentation, error or omission made by or on behalf of Customer. The Firm is not responsible for any delay, malfunction, non performance and/or other degradation of performance of any of the Services caused by or resulting from any alteration, modification and/or amendments due to changes and specifications requested or implemented by the Customer whether or not beyond those already supplied.

Third Party Product Names

The Firm services are compatible with many software applications and third party products. The names of such products and/or applications, are used on The Firm website with descriptive purpose only. Such names are registered trademarks of third companies, from which The Firm is entirely separate and independent, unless otherwise stated.

Transfer domain away from Sangamam Palakkadwebs

Transfer your domain from Sangamam Palakkadwebs to another registrar by using our transfer away checklist. You won't be able to transfer your domain away if it's within 60 days of registration or a previous transfer, or if a 60-day lock was applied after updating domain contact information. You'll need to verify your identify to confirm the transfer if your domain has Domain Protection enabled. Similarly, a transfer request must be received at least one month before the expiry date. Here the domain and hosting are a package and the key to everything is the domain code. So after providing the domain EPP code / Auth code, hosting of that domain and any other related service, if any, will be deleted from here.

**Please note that domains that have only just been registered, or domains that have reached their expiry date, may not be able to be transferred. In particular we note the sufficient time (1 Month) should be allowed prior to expiry to transfer domains and any domain already at or past its expiry date should be renewed before transfer is attempted.

Working charge, Rent, AMC and Source code charge

Working Charge, AMC, Rent and Source Code Charge are different charges for a software or website. The service recipient can maintain the service by paying only a fixed amount per year by paying only the normal working charge. AMC can be taken only if there is update work from time to time. The source code will be transferred to those who pay for the source code. The rent amount may vary depending on the purchase price of the domain and hosting. Non-WordPress websites do not need AMC unless they have periodic update work. If there is only occasional update work, then only the charge for the work done is sufficient. Such service recipient do not need AMC.

Hosting Account

The cPanel and Plesk panels used for web hosting are third party software. We take these on rental basis. Our firm is not responsible for any damage caused to this software. All customers requesting the credentials of the control panels must back up their own file. The firm is not responsible for any damage or lost to the files or database due to any server crashes. The files of the websites we create will be safe with us. We will keep a backup of these.

Refund Policy

The Firm offers a 15-days money back guarantee with only for hosting accounts. Refund requests are dealt by the support team and customers can cancel their account or file for a refund by contacting our support desk or email. The Firm reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or otherwise restrict access to the account at any time with or without notice. All refunds are subject to this fluctuation and The Firm is not responsible for any change in exchange rates between time of payment and time of refund. This money back guarantee is not applicable on offers.
